Visit our sauna landscape and enjoy a relaxing time. Visiting a sauna is good for your physical condition, health, cleansing the body and improving your well-being.
A sauna session involves healthy and relaxing sweating, cooling off and cleansing.
The purpose of taking a sauna is to create mental and physical well-being.
A sauna can also be a social occasion; people get together in the sauna! You can visit our mixed sauna every day.
We also offer a separate sauna area for ladies only, which is open on certain days. (Details see opening times) Our sauna landscape offers the following different options:
Finnish sauna: In the infusion sauna the temperature is 90-100°C. The watchword here is: "Preferably intensive, but shorter".
Herbal sauna: The vaporization of herbal extracts and the low temperatures of 60°C make the herbal sauna especially suitable for newcomers to saunas.
Steam room: If the classic sauna is too intensive for you, then choose the “gentle” version, the steam room. The temperature here is 40°C on average and the air humidity is 100%.
Cold/warm water pools: The succession of heat followed by a cold bath relaxes the muscles.
In the sauna bar you can enjoy tasty food and refreshments.
